Overview
Sometimes you may want to add a clickable URL beside a field label on your Payments2Us form. For example, linking your organisation’s Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy. This article outlines the supported methods for displaying a link on a form.
Use Case
You want donors or registrants to be able to open an external page directly from the form by clicking link or utilize URL to access.
How This Works
Field labels on Payments2Us forms (including standard labels such as Terms and Conditions) cannot be edited directly to include links.
For terms and conditions - this is a standard field, it is connected to a field on the Merchant facility. Where it is stored under Direct debt/ACH T&C's section And it reflects on the payment form:

However, you can display hyperlinks on the form using the following supported options.
Supported Options
1. Add a Text or Rich Text Field Containing the URL
You can create a text or rich text field that stores your URL and display it on the web form. This allows you to show a hyperlink directly above or below the relevant field.

2. Add the Link in the Payment Form Overview (Merchant Facility)
The ‘Payment Form Overview’ field supports rich text, including hyperlinks. Any text entered here appears at the top of your form. You can add the link to your Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, or other important pages.
An example of this is on our website > about > pricing - click sign up button:

Refer to point 3 c in the guide : How the Web Form Works
3. Use side bar widgets to add the link
This can be added on the payment form related list sidebar. You would use a record type of plain text or rich text.
Note: The Richtext can include a clickable link while the plain text can include the URL only.
