Quick steps: There is a workflow rule by the name of: "Error Log Notification". This work rule has the email alert "New Error Notification" where the from and to email addresses can be set.
Under Setup > workflow rules: there is a workflow rule by the name of: “Error Log Notification”:

Click the name of the workflow to open/see workflow details and workflow actions. This work rule has the email alert "New Error Notification":

Click the name of the worflow email alert “New Error Notification” then click Edit:

The resulting screen should look like the below:

Here you can edit the following things:
- The reciever/ Recipients can be updated. Workflow might need to be cloned to allow it to be editted to include recipients that you want to receive these notifications.
The Available Recipients are filtered on the basis of the Recipient type. A ‘search’ option is selected and then the ‘for’ text box can be used to specify a name for example. Remember to Click find to filter the Available Recipients.
The currently selected Recipient is the ‘Error log -payments2us Owner'. This is the record owner on an error log record under 'Error log - Payments2us' tab.
- There is an option to specify the email address of a recipient (upto 5 are allowed)
You can simple copy paste the email addresses into the box. This can be used to send an email to an address that does not belong to a User.
- The from/Sender email address can be defined. The options are:
- Current User's email address
- Default Workflow User's email address
