Why am I getting an Error Log with "Program/Area: payPalUtil.show" and "Subject: HTTP Callout invalid_client"

This error is relevant to the following example Error log:

Please investigate this error.
Program/Area: payPalUtil.show
Subject: HTTP Callout invalid: INVALID_RESOURCE_ID
Description: Requested resource ID was not found.

Solution

This is a PayPal issue and should be resolved by itself.

This could be due to a temporary outage from PayPal. Check PayPal status page and history.

Try again in for example 30 minutes, if not resolved please check with PayPal support.
