The Manual Payment Lightning Web Component (LWC) is a modern, Lightning Experience-native interface for recording non-credit card payments in Salesforce.
This component replaces the legacy Visualforce manual payment page with a fully integrated Lightning Experience, providing a faster, more intuitive user experience with real-time field validation, automatic calculations, and intelligent address auto-complete.
Manual payments can be made for all non-credit card type payments. This allows for cheques, money orders, bank transfers etc. to be recorded in Salesforce.
When using Manual Payments in conjunction with Subscriber Group (family members), please ensure you read details in the “Subscription Groups (Family Membership) ” section.

5. Check payment processing has occurred.

5.2. Scroll down to check that matching is complete
If the status is Matching Complete, this means that the payment has been processed and a receipt has been sent to the payee.
If the status is showing as 'Receipting Complete', then this means the Batch Processor mode is being used, and it has not yet run. This may take up to 10 minutes to run.
6. Address Auto Complete
The address auto-complete feature streamlines entering mailing addresses on the Manual Payments screen.
On the Merchant Facility, ensure that the Data Validation Tool field is populated and that the Validate field includes Mailing Address. If either of these conditions is not met, the address auto-complete must not be displayed.
When enabled, the auto-complete component is bound to the Street field and, as the user types, it presents a list of suggested addresses to select from. The user can also choose to ignore the suggestions and enter the address manually by selecting the Enter Manual Address option.
