Why is there a scroll bar inside the final step? Can I fix this?

How to adjust iframe height to improve form appearance

When viewing the final step (Payment) of your 3-Step Donation Form, you might notice a scroll bar inside the form. This happens when the iframe height is shorter than the content it contains.

While this doesn't affect functionality, you can adjust the height to remove the scroll bar and create a smoother visual experience for donors.

🛠️ How to Adjust the Iframe Height

  1. Go to Manage Forms in Studio
  2. Click the edit icon next to your form
  3. Open the Payment tab
  4. Locate the Iframe Height field
  5. Increase the value (e.g. from 800 to 1000) to give the form more vertical space
  6. Click Update at the bottom to save your changes

The scroll bar may still appear in the form editor preview — this is expected.

🔍 How to Check the Appearance

To see the actual result, open your published donation page in a new browser tab and scroll to the payment step

You can tweak the height value until the full form content displays without scrolling, giving your donors a cleaner and more polished experience.
