1. Connect a donation form
- In Salesforce, open the Payment Form Builder, click YOUR WEBSITE, and copy the form’s website URL.

- In P2U Studio, go to Manage Forms and click Add Form.

- Enter a Form Title and paste the copied URL into the Iframe URL field.

- Click Create to add the form.

2.Edit the form
Click the edit icon to open the form editor.

3. Customize the form's color palette
- The General tab allows you to edit the form title, form URL, and color palette.
- Click Update to apply color changes to the donation page.

4. Customize the Amount section
The Amount tab lets you customize donation frequencies and preset donation amounts.

4.1 Donation Frequency
- Click Add to add or remove a donation frequency.
- You must select at least one and up to three donation frequencies.
- Click Save to confirm. The default setting is Once only + Monthly.

Ensure configuration consistency in Salesforce and P2U Studio
Your donation frequency settings in P2U Studio must match those in Salesforce to avoid processing issues.
4.2 Donation Amount
Click Edit to customize a donation amount, its image, and description.

Configure donation amounts (Amount value, image, and description) for each frequency separately.
Click Update beside the value to confirm changes.
To remove an amount, click Remove.
To add an amount, click Add at the bottom (maximum of 6 preset amounts).
Click Update at the bottom to save changes.

5. Customize contact fields
The Contact tab lets you manage the fields displayed in the Contact step.

Standard Contact Fields
Click Edit to customize the field label, help notes, and required status.
Click Show or Hide to change a field’s visibility.
Click Update beside the field to save changes.

Custom Fields
Click Add to create a custom field.

Ensure contact field consistency
Your contact field settings in P2U Studio and Salesforce must match to prevent processing issues.
6. Customize the Payment section
The Payment tab allows you to configure:
- Payment Overview and Payment Notes visibility.
- Iframe Height to prevent scroll bars that may affect user experience. To view your changes to the iframe height, you need to check your actual page rather than previewing it here.
To customize styles inside the iframe, you must configure the theme in Salesforce. (Refer to this article for details.)
