Go live with confidence — and make sure your donation experience works as expected
Once you've set up your donation page, form, and thank you page, the final step is to publish your campaign and test that everything is working smoothly.
Here’s how to activate your page and run a complete end-to-end test.
🚀 Step 1: Publish Your Donation Page
- Go to the Pages tab in Studio
- Click the three-dot menu next to your donation page
- Select Update Details
- In the Select Status dropdown, change the status from Unpublished to Active
- Click Submit to confirm

Your donation page is now live and accessible via its public URL.
🔍 Step 2: Open and Share the Page
- Click the three-dot menu next to your donation page
- Select View — your landing page will open in a new tab
- You can now share this URL with teammates or stakeholders for testing

🧪 Step 3: Test the Donation Flow
We recommend completing a test donation using real form data and a small donation amount (e.g. $1) to ensure everything works correctly — without distorting your fundraising totals.
Here’s what to test:
- Scroll to your embedded 3-Step Donation Form
- Choose a donation frequency and amount
- Fill out contact details
- Complete the payment step
💡 Donation progress on the page cannot be reset — so test with low amounts to avoid skewing campaign totals.

📱 Step 4: Test on Mobile Devices
We recommend opening your page on mobile phones or tablets to check that:
- Layout and form display correctly
- No elements are overlapping or breaking
Payments2us Studio templates are mobile-responsive by default, but it’s always good to verify your unique content.
