Overview

This guide covers how to set up BPAY through Ezidebit (Global Payments) and connect it to your Payments2Us Merchant Facility.

 

Step 1. Apply for a BPAY Facility

  1. Contact Ezidebit to initiate BPAY onboarding.
  2. Discuss pricing, settlement, and transaction limits.
  3. Complete the online application (may require ID verification).
  4. Ezidebit reviews the application and performs internal checks.
  5. Approval typically takes 7–10 business days.

 

Step 2. Receive Your Credentials

Once approved, Ezidebit will send:

  • Your unique Biller Code
  • Login access for the merchant portal
  • API Username / API Key for Payments2Us integration

 

Step 3. Configure BPAY in Payments2Us

  1. Log in to Salesforce.
  2. Open Merchant Facilities.
  3. Enter your Ezidebit API credentials.
  4. Select BPAY (Ezidebit) as the payment method.
  5. Save the Merchant Facility.

 

Step 4. Test the Setup
