When designing your Receipt Letter Template, you may notice that the font you selected in the Letter Template Builder (for example, Verdana) does not appear the same way in the PDF preview or the final generated receipt.
This occurs due to limitations in the fonts supported by Visualforce PDF rendering. The PDF engine used by Salesforce does not support all fonts available in the rich text editor, and unsupported fonts will automatically fall back to a default font.

Recommended Setup
To ensure your receipt letters render consistently in PDF format:
1. Keep the Letter Text font set to Salesforce Sans.
This ensures your content is displayed in a reliable, readable format that is compatible with Salesforce’s PDF generation.

2.Select a Font Family that is supported for PDF rendering.
All options listed under the Font Family dropdown are compatible and will render correctly in the generated PDF.
