Manage user roles and invite teammates to build campaigns together

Payments2us Studio supports team collaboration by allowing organizations to assign roles and share access. Whether you're working with campaign managers, marketing staff, or content editors, you can invite them to build and manage campaign pages without sharing a single login.


👥 User Roles in Studio

There are two types of user roles:

Super Admin

  • Full access to all Studio features
  • Can create and manage pages
  • Can view and edit all forms
  • Can invite and manage other users
  • Can access Settings

Page Admin

  • Can view, edit, clone, and update assigned pages
  • Can add and view all donation forms
  • Cannot edit or delete forms they didn’t create
  • Cannot access the Settings panel

✉️ How to Invite a Page Admin (Super Admin Only)

If you're a Super Admin, follow these steps to invite a new Page Admin:

  1. Go to Settings → Users
  2. Click Add User
  3. In the modal:
    1. Name: Enter the new user’s name
    2. Email: Enter the email they’ll use to log in
    3. Assign Pages: Tick the pages you want this user to access
  4. Click Create

The user will be created and a password reset email will be sent automatically.

🔐 What If They Don’t Receive the Email?

If your teammate doesn't receive the invitation email:

  • Share your Studio login URL with them directly
  • Ask them to click “Forgot password” to set a new one
  • Or, as a Super Admin, you can click the edit icon next to their name in the Users tab and manually reset their password
