Ensure donors never land on a broken page
Sometimes, donors mistype a URL or visit a campaign link that no longer exists. To create a smoother experience, Payments2us Studio allows you to define a default redirect — so anyone who enters an invalid URL under your domain is sent to a page you choose.
This redirect can be:
- Your main fundraising landing page
- A branded “Page Not Found” or error page on your website
- Any other public page that makes sense for your supporters
🔧 How to Set the Default Redirect
- In Studio, go to Settings → Redirect URL
- Enter the full URL you want to redirect users to
- Click Save
That’s it! Once saved, anyone trying to visit a non-existent Studio page under your domain will automatically be redirected to this URL.
