Overview
The Automatic Renewal Pricing Update feature allows you to bulk apply change schedules to subscriptions/memberships against the membership types/payment options automatically.
Previously, any renewal price update (e.g. from $15 to $20) required manually creating a change schedule for each subscription. This feature simplifies the process to update renewal pricing for multiple Subscriptions in just a few clicks.
A button Automatic Renewal Pricing Update has been introduced. It can be accessed from the following places in Payments2Us App:
- Recurring Payments Tab
- Subscriptions Tab
- Account Subscriptions Tab
- Payment Option RecordÂ
When processed, Payments2Us automatically creates a Change Schedule for each Subscriptions/Memberships that match the respective criteria, and an activity is logged against the related subscription.
Â
Pre-Requisite: Update the price of Payment Option (Membership Type)
The change schedules only apply when the Membership/Subscription Price is different from its Membership Type/Payment Option's Price. Therefore, firs locate the Payment Option against which the subscriptions/memberships prices need to be updated. It can be access from:
- Payment Options related list under the respective Membership/Subscription Payment Form Record.

- Payment Option Lookup field from Subscription/Account Subscriptions Record.

Open the Payment Option record, and update the price field value.
