If you would like to generate BPAY Customer Reference Numbers, you will need a license key. Please contact support @ payments2us.com.
For more information on BPAY, please see the BPAY section of the User Guide.

If you did not require a license key, but are getting this error, then check:

  • Do you have any Contacts with a value in the BPAY CRN Rule and the Customer Reference Number field is blank. If so, please remove the BPAY CRN Rule.
  • Do you have any Flows/Process Builders/Workflows/Custom Apex code that are setting the BPAY CRN Rule on the Contact or Payment Txn? If so, disable those.
  • On all Merchant Facility records, make sure BPAY is NOT selected as a Method of Payment
  • On all Merchant Facility records, make sure the field "Default BPAY CRN Rule" is blank
  • Do you have any Flows or Process Builders are are using the invocable apex "Payments2UsBpayCRNGenerate". If so, disable these.

No, you cannot.

The License Keys are tied to your Salesforce Org Id and these change from Production to Sandbox.

You need to locate your Salesforce Org Id and then send a request for the License Key to support @ payments2us.com

Why do I get an Error "License key is not valid. Please make sure the exact license options, license expiry date and key are entered as provided by AAkonsult. Do not try to select license options that are not included."

For license options, you can email support @ payments2us.com to get options added or removed. These are specific to your Salesforce Org, so you will need to provide a list of Salesforce Org Ids for each instance that you wish to use the license options with.

You will receive an Email with the license key details in it. NOTE: You will only received an email if you specifically request license option add-ons.

PLEASE follow the instructions exactly. In particular:

  1. Only Select License Options that you are entitled to. These are the ones explicitly mentioned in the email. Adding ones outside of the email will invalidate the license key given.
  2. Make sure you enter the date as provided in the email
  3. Copy the License key in the email

If you have an expired license key, or do not wish to continue with any of the License Options, then Make sure you remove the values in:

  • License Expiry Date
  • License Key

Then you will be able to save.

 

I think you have given me the wrong Organisation ID. The current one is 15 digit in the email you gave me, but Saleforce says this does not have enough characters and should be 18 digits?

For Salesforce, the record Ids (which the Salesforce Org ID is as well) is case sensitive for the 15 character version and case insensitive for the 18 character version. The 18 digits is generally used by consultants for data migration etc.

The first 15 characters is all that is generally needed.

We have provided only the first 15 characters as this matches the display of your Salesforce Org Id as shown in the Company Profile Section.
