NOTE :
We had a few customers reported about an issue with sending Single Annual Statement where the Item Table with the Payment Txn is missing. We have noted this and we are looking at further updates to enhance this at a future stage.
As a workaround to solve this issue,
- Create a campaign
- Add the one Contact as Campaign Member (which you want to send the Statement)
- Then follow the bulk process- How to send out Annual Statements (bulk)
